I never thought...

that without being so rich that I can get what ever I want, I would have no wish for the future! Okay maybe I should say I have no material wishes. My wishes are of health, work and family. I guess I am a grown up now hehehe according to my young self. When I was little I thought that was the only things the grown up wished for (I know better now hehe but still there is some truth in it)

Over slept!!

I haven't over slept in ages! And today I needed more than ever to be on time for class, so I could leave early and get home and be here when the postman comes with my package... But in one way it was nicer this way cause now I am at home, will cook and bake something really nice for this evening and study Italian grammar! Maybe I will have time to clean and do some laundry as well :) So in the end I over slept but I feel great about it! :)

Herbalism as a Religion?

Today I am going to learn more about a new religion by reading a book my dear friend brought me called Basic Herbs for health and healing. I need to start finding new ways of taking care of myself and healing myself. So my friend said this worked for him and he thought it would be really helpful for my health. A quote from the author Rashan Abdul Hakim "Herbs are God-given gifts that permits us to maintain our natural state of good health: Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually".
